A Person & The Purpose

“A person is a person through other persons. None of us comes into the world fully formed.  We would not know how to think, or walk, or speak,  or behave as human beings unless we learned it from other human beings.  We need other human beings in order to be human.  I am because other people are.  A person is entitled to a stable community life,  and the first of these communities is the family.” Desmond Tutu    Every person comes to this world has a purpose in life according to the Bible.    May God lead us to achieving our goal.

Thoughts & Happiness

Below are my highlighted well wishes I like to share fo r their thoughtfulness very much appreciated. Special thanks to Sis. Angela & Brother-in-law for their kindness and assistance to celebrate my achievement together.  An important milestone in my life rewarded :)

Free Our Minds

Courage & Strength

“Courage isn't having the strength to go on  - it is going on when you don't have strength.” ~Napoleon Bonaparte~ “Man often becomes what he believes himself to be.  If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing,  it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it.  On the contrary,  if I have the belief that I can do it,  I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it  even if I may not have it at the beginning.”  ~Mahatma Gandhi~ That was exactly what I had experienced, when it comes to my study!  I had in many occasions needed to persuade, remind or even encourage myself in believing that "I can do it".  My motto was that "I have no knowledge of this subject, I am here to learn!".  After going through the ups and downs plus nearly two years off study; in September this year I finally graduated.  

A Desire For Nature

From the appealing experiences of closeness to the peaceful natural environment truly refresh my mind.  ______________________________________________________________

Free Ourselves

What would I say? Unite & Pray

While reading my textbook in preparation for my upcoming examination;  I found the Mary MacKillop Prayer Bookmark.   In the spirit of Mary Mackillop, shall we unite and pray  the Prayer of the Church – the People of God. "God of compassion, God of all people, we praise you for your servant,  Mary MacKillop,  who gave her life to serve you in the poor and oppressed. As she is honoured in our world,  may we continue to learn to share her vision. Help us to recognize, as she did, that the poor of our time  will hear the gospel in the way we serve them.  Be with us as we strive to follow her and carry out our mission of service and care."   Amen  _________________________________________

The Future & Opportunities

Drucker (1909-2005) “Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones come daily. ” Ivy Baker Priest (1905- 1975)  Just recently I read a special report about some big opportunities as highlighted in the Australia Asian Century white paper. No doubt, I believe engaging 'meaningful interaction' and 'cultural differences' could enhance collaboration in ‘building stronger connections and partnerships’ for future relationships; taking advantages of the world’s largest economic power by 2025.

Experience Supreme Happiness

Faith, Hope & Love

  I like this picture which is so beautiful taken from our garden!  I do believe the divine power of God teach us to grow in a good way.  To appreciate the beauty of nature and importantly  the ability to overcome difficulties and obstacles  to always carry God's word with life.    Come to me,  all you who are weary and burdened,  and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,  for I am gentle and humble in heart,  and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 "For I know the plans I have for you,"  declares the LORD,  "plans to prosper you and not to harm you,  plans to give you hope and a future.   Jeremiah 29:11  A friend loves at all times,  and a brother is born for adversity.    Proverbs 17:17
