Strength and Tranquility

Today I was thinking to write  something about what I had always wanted to express.  First of all, we are so thankful to God for giving us the strength and tranquility to live life!  A life that has changed forever precisely.  We believe God is always with us to ease our burden in a wonderful way!

You know at times when I think about our life experiences, I felt just that and it was unbelievable.   Praise the Lord for we were given the opportunity for what we thought was a 'must do' to offer a holiday of once in a life time our gratitude at the right moment and so we did!

So far I would say our Perth holiday in 2007 was one of the best we had experienced especially meeting with our relatives and friends.  We really had enjoyed the planning activities and the fun of sightseeing together! Our last overseas trip was to Kuching, the cats’ city and that was great!

A Life of Gratitude

To speak gratitude is courteous and pleasant, to enact gratitude is generous and noble, but to live gratitude is to touch Heaven. Johannes A. Gaertner To live a life of gratitude is to open our eyes to the countless ways in which we are supported by the world around us. Such a life provides less space for our suffering because our attention is more balanced. We are more often occupied with noticing what we are given, thanking those who have helped us, and repaying the world in some concrete way for what we are receiving. Gregg Krech Explore This Website

Thrive & Grow

But when you get involved, you feel the sense of hope and accomplishment that comes from knowing you are working to make things better. Pauline R. Kezer Explore This Website

Recognize The Possibilities

“Only if you’ve been in the deepest valley can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.”  Richard Nixon “You do not need to know precisely what is happening, or exactly where it is all going. What you need is to recognize the possibilities and challenges offered by the present moment, and to embrace them with courage, faith and hope.”   Thomas Merton Explore This Website
